A theater is really three elements. Element one includes the theater itself, often with stadium seating, special access, egress design, and specific sound production and acoustic requirements. Element two includes the lobby entrance with lighting and circulation requirements along with the concession stand, kitchen support, and restaurants. Element three includes the film projection areas for each theater, which have specific electrical and air-quality requirements.
