2/4/08 TRB Development Group, Inc. has completed the interior renovation of the Elliot Hospitals Blood Service Lab in Bedford NH.

2/18/08  TRB Development Group, Inc. has completed interior renovations at PHA Mammoth road for the Elliot hospital.

1/10/08 TRB Development Group has completed the interior renovation of Briarwood Primary Care for the Elliot Hospital. This renovation enabled the existing practice to double it square footage by taking over the adjacent condo unit. The Elliot has added a 3rd Doctor to this location.

8/25/07 TRB Development has completed the interior renovation of the former American Cancer Society office location for Elliott Hospitals Bedford Family Practice. This 2 story interior renovation has enabled the Elliot to expand Pediatric services in the Bedford Area.

5/15/07 TRB Development Group, Inc has completed the design build fit up for T-Bones and Cactus Jacks restaurants in Laconia NH. The project was completed on time and on budget. This project is a first of its kind having competing restaurants owned by the same management group in one building.

5/1/07 TRB Development Group Inc has completed construction for CVS Pharmacy at Hooksett Rd Hooksett, NH. The store opened for mothers day weekend as planned.

4/12/07 TRB Development Group, Inc. has completed the retail store fit up for Sherwin Williams Paint Store in Reading MA.

1/24/07 TRB Development recently completed fit ups on the 4th and 6th floors for Health Dialog at there 1750 Elm Street, Manchester, NH location. The schedule was accelerated to meet the needs of a change in use of the facility.

1/24/07 TRB Development Group is scheduled to complete a ground up construction project for CVS located in Charlton, MA. The owners are currently merchandizing and preparing for an April grand opening.

1/24/07 TRB Development Group has completed a 2500 sq ft interior renovation for Elliot Hospitals Bedford Family Practice. The practice has doubled its exam room and administration areas.

1/24/07  TRB Development Group has recently completed renovations to the Elliot Hospital Breast / Imaging Center located on Mammoth road , Manchester, NH. The renovations have enabled the practice to bring digital imaging services to the practice.

1/12/07  TRB Development Group is scheduled to break ground on 1/29/07 for another stadium theater conversion project. This renovation will convert all theaters to stadium seating, upgrade restrooms and provide state of the art entertainment. TRB has been working with the complex since 1992. The original facility was a four-plex and the progression has been to always provide a better movie viewing  experience. Previously TRB has completed design / build projects in Lisbon Ct., Apple tree Mall Cinema 12, O'Neil Theaters - Londonderry.

1/2/07 TRB Development has broken ground on T-Bones / Cactus Jacks in Laconia, NH. This design / build project is scheduled for an April 2007 completion.

12/29/07 TRB Development Group has completed the interior fit up for Elliot Hospitals Rehab office located at Goffstown Commons, Goffstown, NH.

9/1/06 TRB Development has recently completed a ground up construction project for CVS located in Derry, NH.

6/24/06 TRB Development has been awarded the interior fit up contract for the Division of Mine safety and Health Administration at Hampshire Plaza. Completion is scheduled for September, 2006.

6/24/06 TRB Development is scheduled to complete a interior tenant fit up for Blended Solutions at Hampshire Plaza in Manchester NH. The Computer School will relocate in August 2006.

6/24/06 TRB Development Group recently completed the fit up for Ben & Jerry's on Elm Street Manchester, NH. Under an aggressive 4 week schedule the Ice Cream shop was able to open for the 4th of July weekend. The local owner is looking to open a second location at the Manchester Airport in the fall of 2006/

4/26/06  TRB Development Group is scheduled to complete a 7840 sf two story addition to the Professional Center for Child development located in Andover MA in early June 2006. The addition will provide additional classroom space to the existing facility. All work has been performed during normal school hours without interruption to classroom services.

10/2/05 TRB Development Group, Inc has recently completed construction of a new CVS Pharmacy at 105 Main Street in Maynard Massachusetts. The construction of the new 11,000 square foot building started on April 28,2005 and completed on September 22, 2005. The new store moved from their previous location on Nason Street to their new building and opened for business on October 2, 2005.

4/8/05  TRB Development Group, Inc. has recently completed construction of a 10 screen, 4 million dollar, cinema complex for O'Neil Theaters of Londonderry NH. The new complex is located in Lisbon, Connecticut at the Lisbon Landing shopping center. The new 40,000 square foot , 1750 seat theater, features stadium seating, state of the art digital surround, and an expansive lobby / concession area.

 9/14/04 TRB Development Inc. has been awarded the contract to convert the former Maddens Family Restaurant located at 39 Crystal Ave , Derry NH into an new T-Bones Location. Work began mid July. Extensive selective demolition has been required. A total interior fit up is underway. A November opening is planned.

9/6/04 TRB Development Group, Inc.of Hooksett, NH has turned over the last of five (5) new apartment buildings at the Piscataquog River Apartments in Manchester, NH. the project included construction of 150 one and two bedroom apartments in five buildings. Construction work was completed in 12 months, 2 full months ahead of the original schedule. the project was praised by City and state Officials for being the largest work force housing project completed in the state in over 30 years. the project was completed for Piscataquog River Apartments, LP and is managed by Metropolis Property Management, a firm owned by Manchester Developer Dick Anagnost. Architect for the project was Burnell - Johnson Architects of Manchester, NH.

8/13/04  TRB Development Group, Inc. of Hooksett, NH has been awarded the contract for the construction of a new Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Middleborough, MA. The owner is Bull Vunmali Hospitality of Holyoke, MA. The project Architect is Philips Partnership, PC of Atlanta, GA. TRB Development Group, Inc. expects to begin construction by September 1, 2004. The property is expected to open in the spring of 2005. The property features 83 guestrooms and an indoor pool and spa. the hotel is located off the Middleborough exit from I-495.

7/30/04  TRB Development Group, Inc. has begun work on a new Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Freeport, Maine. TRB Development Group is the General Contractor for the Owner, Dover Properties, LLC of Yarmoth, Maine. The property features 99 guestrooms, a conference facility, restaurant and indoor pools and spa: and is conveniently located in downtown Freeport. The facility is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2005. The Architect is BMA Architectural Group, PC of Amherst, NH. TRB"s Project Manager is David Humphrey.

7/23/04- TRB Development Group, Inc. of Hooksett, NH has recently completed work at the new Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Auburn, MA. TRB Development Group performed as a prime contractor for the owner, Roedel Partners of Wilton, NH, performing interior framing and drywall work, roofing, doors, frames, and hardware and other miscellaneous interior finishes. Roedel Partners managed the construction project as General Contractor. The project includes 123 guestrooms, indoor spa and exercise room. the property is conveniently located near the intersection of the Mass pike (I-90) and (I-290). The project Architect was BMA Architectural Group, PC of Amherst, NH. Roedel Partners is the hotel developer anticipated for the hotel associated with the Manchester, NH baseball stadium project.

5/24/04-   TRB Development Group Inc. has recently completed a tenant fit up for the US Bankruptcy Courts on the 10th and 11th floors at Hampshire Plaza 1000 Elm Street Manchester, NH. The 11th floor is designed around two court rooms with adjacent chambers off a central lobby. The 10th floor provides office space for support staff. This project was completed with and aggressive schedule in under 4 months. US Bankruptcy will move into its new office on June 4th. This tenant fit up followed the completion of floors 6,7,8, and 9 all of which house agencies that have relocated form the Norris Cotton Building while it undergoes major renovations.

5/12/04-  TRB Development Group, Inc. has recently completed renovations of Theater 2 for the Cinema 12 O'Neil Theaters located on Orchard View Drive in Londonderry, NH. This renovation completes the modernization of the original four theaters which opened in 1984. The new theaters feature stadium seating, and state of the art digital sound systems. The renovations reflect the style of the newest theaters 9 and 10, which were added in an 11000 sf expansion in 2002.
